The main bearings of traditional grinding mills use sliding bearings, which have relatively large frictional resistance during start-up and operation (with a friction coefficient of approximately 0.04). The new energy-saving mill has replaced it with rolling bearings, significantly reducing the frictional resistance (the friction coefficient is approximately 0.0025, a reduction of 16 times), thus achieving the purpose of energy conservation. Moreover, the service life of the bearings has been increased by more than five times. The main drive system of the traditional mill adopts an open gear peripheral rotation, which wears out quickly and generates a lot of noise. The new energy-saving mill has changed it to a closed gear box structure, which greatly increases its service life and significantly reduces noise. It also features a compact structure, occupies less space, and is equipped with an integrated frame for the entire machine. Installation is simple and easy, and it can be tested immediately upon landing.
